In 2007, Jim and Natalie Fallon became the new owners of the Northern Neck Gourmet located in downtown Warsaw, Virginia. Originally opened in 2001, the lunch cafe with wine and cheese shop was a perfect match for the couple's combined passions for great food, great wine and great company.

Jim graduated from St Johns College in 1988 and from The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, in 1993 and has gained valuable restaurant experience working alongside some of the best chefs in New York City and Washington DC. While in Washington DC, Jim earned certification as a Sommelier by the Washington Sommelier Society.

While Jim supervises the wine and food programs, his wife, Natalie, comes to Northern Neck Gourmet with degrees in Computer Science from Hollins University (1996) and Wake Forest University (1998) as well as a penchant for the fine arts having studied both art and music while at Hollins. Her artistic abilities combined with her technical savvy has found a home at Northern Neck Gourmet where she maintains all financial responsibilities and handles the computing needs of the business such as maintaining the web site and visual aspects of the store.
